Maps for the gameserver

I've asked many many times for people to compile lists of maps they'd like to see on the server and no one has, yet you complain about playing the same 6-8 map cycle. So here's a post for you to add your two cents to.

The maps Im thinkin, lean more torwards CTF probly but if you like techincal open maps they would probly be good for TS too.

A few maps

Dust2 is a staple in some servers.
People like uptown.
arena2 is solid
A terrrorism map (ie terrorism7)
kingpin_rc4 (maybe)
train_dl1 (solid map for ts or bomb modes)
village (maybe)

Also avoid maps that are really big or laggy (ie eagle and rammelle)

I am actually a fan of Arena 1, not so much the others.

Well, you'd have to think about this, Fragtag. I'm doing this for the public server. The topic for this isn't for our comp server. So yeah, I know they're not comp legal, but they're public server legal, which is good in my book.

Would it be possible (as I saw we had three servers) to keep one as fun maps and convert one to comp maps (gather both kinds of players)?

There are actually 5 servers (I think there is a 4.2 too). There is a modded Super TS server as well. The address is 75.64.51.232:28964

The FFA server is really for fun as that usually isn't a comp server format and I can put any maps on you want as long as they have bot support. I can also put any maps on the CTF server you want also as long as they have bot support. The Super TS server can have any desired maps too since there are not bots running on that one. I have no control over the other TS server nor the 4.2 server so i have no comment on them.

Just let me know what maps you would like to see and I will add them toot-sweet
